Business Travel Consultant Mornings and Weekends - remote

Business Travel Consultant - Mornings/Weekends - remote-based. Required for this established Business Travel Company. Candidates must have some experience working in Business Travel using Amadeus (they may consider another GDS) salary £30k. This role will be working on a rota that covers 4 week day shifts from 5am-10.30am or 6am-11.30am and 1 weekend day 8.30am-8.30pm which is approx 32hrs per week

Business Travel Consultants duties:
-Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts including offline/email bookings
-Offer first class customer service at all times.
-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any particular airline/supplier using Amadeus
-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
-Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.
-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.

Business Travel Consultants skills required
-Business Travel experience is essential ideally with Out of hours experience
-Ideally Amadeus knowledge but they may cross train
-Able to work 4 week day shifts 5.00am-10.30am or 6am-11.30am and 1 weekend 12 hr shift
