We are looking for a strategic problem-solver to drive impactful e-commerce features and initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with all parts of the business, including business development, customer success, analytics, engineering, design, and other key cross-functional teams. This role is highly collaborative in nature. You will need to have the ability to think broadly about the big picture, deep dive into a holistic solution, understand current structural frameworks and have a keen eye on execution and impact. Your analytical skills and user focused approach will make all the difference to elevate and influence across the Group & Brands.

The E-Commerce & Shared Services Director is accountable for the e-commerce retail sales channel B2C and B2B e-commerce channels and the primary driver for the  performance optimization and maximizing growth potential, with responsibility for the shared services team that supports both E-Commerce teams to ensure a  consistent process across the e-Commerce operations.

Developing optimized internal processes for product launch loading, pricing optimizations, regional Hub & Spoke model of enablement and assist in driving the martech roadmap for the e-commerce channels.

Deliver an engaging digital customer experience, promote the brand and mission, and capture online sales to help achieve the key business objectives.

Ideally  5-7years’ experience managing websites in an e-commerce, multi-channel setting.  Experienced with website integration from 3rd party service providers such as Search, Analytics, Content Management, etc. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills, high degree of professionalism and demonstration of ability to present effectively to Executive level leadership.

Willing to challenge traditional wisdom and advance innovative ways of addressing business challenges and resolving problems.

Collaborate and work effectively with diverse groups, and align with internal and external customers and partners.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task and effectively implement continuous improvement. Success in influencing strategy and policy based on knowledge and experience of industry best practices.
