Marks and Spencer Supervisor - James Paget Hospital 

• To complete the opening and closing checklists
• To ensure that the front of house areas are clean and tidy
• To place orders for stock
• To ensure that all deliveries are checked and put away promptly and correctly
• To delegate where necessary
• To cash up at the end of a late shift and complete beverage stock takes when required
• Be pro-active at all times and use initiative

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams
• Good communication skills
• Customer service focused
• Team player and can-do attitude
• Takes pride in personal appearance
• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative

• £10.25 per hour
• 35 hours per week
• Shifts on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday
