We are seeking an experienced Luxury Tailormade Travel Planner to join a luxury travel company working from home or hybrid based in London or Berkshire. Monday to Friday office hours.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Tailormade Consultant to join a well established luxury travel company seeking progression, varied job role within sales and involvement in product in which a range of benefits are on offer. 

Travel Planner Duties:

  • Selling around the world luxury tailor made sales for private clients to a wide range of destinations.
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
  • Crafting a wide range of holiday types including luxury tailormade travel, adventure trips, city breaks, honeymoons across Europe and Worldwide.
  • Arranging accommodation, flights, upgrades, tours, airport lounges plus many more travel products. 
  • Liaise with the client concierge / operations team to ensure that all post sales requirements are taken care of – restaurant / spa reservations, excursions, flight seating etc.
  • Participate in FAM trips to increase product knowledge.
  • Assist Product Managers and Marketing in the production of marketing collateral.
  • Liaise with Product Managers and Marketing concerning news, articles, promotions, special offers for newsletters, website and journalist trips
  • Work with the Product Managers to ensure property and supplier information is updated and accurate on the website

Essential Requirements

  • Passionate about travel and be able to demonstrate experience of working in a tailormade travel environment either from a travel agent or tour operator.
  • Sales driven with a proven track record in client management and working towards targets.
  • An ability and desire to handle discerning customers that require a high degree of knowledge, expertise and customer service.
  • Proficient in GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.

Please note only suitable candidates with luxury tailormade travel sales experience from a tour operator or travel agent will be considered for this post.
