BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Business Travel Consultant - Servicing established and VIP client portfolios, this Amadeus focused Business Travel Consultant role will be expected to take our TMC client’s service and delivery to the next level.

The BTC will undertake travel arrangements on behalf our client’s corporate travellers and to ensure that customer service - communications with customers and accuracy of bookings - is at the forefront of your priorities.

Business Travel Responsibilities

• Provide concierge service at all times To assist corporate clients with travel bookings, and to process this in an efficient and competent manner
• Communicate with customers, whether this is by telephone, email or in person, in a professional and friendly manner.
• Emails must be of a high grammatical standard, telephone calls must be polite, all information and confirmation notes given to corporate travellers must be accurate and most importantly, all communications must give the corporate traveller the confidence that their enquiry will be handled to their satisfaction
• Provide clients with suitable travel options and suggestions of the best way to meet their requirements by arranging all travel from flights to car hire to hotels etc.
• To actively get involved in the process operated by the company and make suggestions on possible improvements

Now Let’s Talk About You:

• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant working with Amadeus is Essential
• Big on service, a good communicator, well organised and used to working to tight deadlines
• Positive and professional telephone manner
• Confident interacting with corporate clients and suppliers on the telephone
• Able to use one’s own initiative to overcome problems

Salary & Working Hours:

• Salary range £30,000- £32,500 per annum NEG
• Excellent benefits on offer, Hybrid Role, mix of office and home, will possibly consider Remote
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
