Travel Administrator

This award-winning travel company are looking for a Travel Administrator to join their inspiring team. A dynamic global company specializing in both business and leisure travel pride themselves on providing outstanding service to their clients. As a Travel Administrator you will support the leisure team ensuring all administrative details are handled with precision.

Travel Administrator - Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure travel arrangements have been booked correctly
  • Updating reservation systems
  • Provide accurate booking confirmations and documents to clients
  • Respond to queries
  • Provide support to the team as required

Travel Administrator - Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience of working in the travel industry (one year minimum)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Competent in using Microsoft packages

Travel Administrator - Additional Information

  • Salary £21,000
  • Knowledge of a GDS is desirable but not essential
  • On site gym
