We are seeking an experienced Travel After Sales Consultant to join an award winning travel company in Kent, Hybrid working model. This exciting role is ideal for a travel graduate seeking a career in the exciting world of travel or a travel agent/tour operator professional with work experience in the industry.

Travel After Sales Consultant Duties:

  • Support the Leisure Team in providing the highest levels of service to our clients and suppliers by ensuring all administrative elements of the booking process are handled with care, accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring travel plans have been booked correctly by the reservations team.
  • Checking invoices, travel information and reconciling client and supplier payments.
  • Providing clients with accurate booking confirmations, ATOL certificates, tickets and any other supporting documents needed for their travel plans.
  • Responding to client queries that arise from the initial booking stage right through to when the client returns from their travels.

Essential Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Little experience of working in the travel sector or a travel graduate seeking a career in travel. We would also consider travel candidates looking to re-join the travel sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail – grammatical accuracy is a must.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for travel and can share your travel experiences
  • Knowledge of a GDS is desirable but not essential.
