We continue to go from strength to strength and are now in a position to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated Business Travel Consultant to join the Business Travel team. This role can be based in our newly refurbished Head Office in Ipswich, from home or from our Worldspan Travel store in Bournemouth.

The purpose of the role is to generate sales of all Business Travel products to our ever growing list of corporate clients; and support the management team in providing a specialised travel service that's tailor-made to customer's requirements in line with the mission, statement and values.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager your main duties will include:

  • Delivering a comprehensive business travel service to corporate clients by telephone and e-mail.
  • Support all branches of Fred. Olsen Travel and other Fred. Olsen Companies.
  • Help to maintain a profitable department by building up good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Relevant experience in the industry and GDS skills are not essential however would be advantageous.

This is a full time position working 35hrs per week.
