About the role:

• Support store manager and lead by example
• Encourage your team and demonstrate how to generate sales through exceptional service, ensuring you hit and exceed personal and store sales targets
• Offering advice and guidance to colleagues and identify training needs
• Take the lead when required for any customer service issues
• Be able to create and promote the business opportunities within the surrounding area
