Based in our London Town Office, the successful candidate will provide inside sales support for Account Managers to help them with achieving their sales objectives including the use of virtual engagement to reach and engage with a wider audience of trade partners.

Job Outline:

- To identify, evaluate and pass on to the Sales Team new business opportunities identified while engaging with UK trade virtually or from roadshow activity. Ensure salesforce.com has correct and up to date data for POS UK market, prepare dashboards for engagement and leads.

- To work in close liaison with other internal departments such as Corporate Communications to ensure consistent commercial messaging and brand compliance including support with B2B communications, approval of marketing material from UK Trade using Emirates global guidelines.

- To act as an ambassador for the company and attend industry functions, trade events, conferences and familiarisation trips on a regular basis to establish contacts, network and promote the interests of Emirates in and out of office hours as required. Assist with organising FAM trips, events and roadshows when required including making flight bookings for FAM trips and prizewinners.

- To conduct Emirates product and fares training as required virtually and in person, to ensure that agents are kept up to date with all Emirates products/services while maintaining necessary records in salesforce.com, including training, topics discussed, agreements achieved etc.

- To ensure virtual engagement with the UK trade accounts, by designing and delivering webinars to agency staff, organise and lead road shows to actively engage and connect with the agents and to introduce EK product and services. Share best practice webinar and presentation design/compilation/delivery with Sales teams.

- Cover management and coordination of hospitality related tasks, ticket allocation and distribution for Emirates sponsored events, send and manage invites where required.

- Look after all unassigned Emirates Gateway requests for new agents, process these through to completion with the Distribution Team and pass these onto the Sales Teams as leads if they qualify including setup of Emirates ticketing authority for new low risk agents where required.

- Provide support for onboarding of the agents via the Emirates Partners Portal and ensure the content is kept relevant for the UK trade.

- If required, support the UK revenue generation effort by engaging and managing any assigned Corporate, Strategic Partner or Trade accounts and action client visits as required while maintaining records in salesforce.com.

- Monitor and assess agents for any credit worthiness risks using available tools (RDOC, CRM AI app) and aim to mitigate risks as effectively as possible.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Educated to Graduate or ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent

- Experience working in all aspects of the airline sales environment and field sales

- Strong business acumen with the ability to source new business opportunities and manage high revenue potential accounts

- Knowledge of digital workplace tools including Microsoft Teams and Share point.

- Knowledge of reservations, fares/ticketing

- Experience of marketing, communications and events

- Knowledge of Emirates’ products and services

- Ability to maintain and interpret sales data/statistics

- Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience in using salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.

- Excellent presentation and communications skills

- Valid full Driving License is essential
