Operations & Service Executive – Tour Operator, London (hybrid)  up to £40,000 per annum + excellent benefits (Mon-Fri)

The Operations & Service Executive role is about passion, drive and having the fire to want to progress and develop your career with an outstanding travel brand. The Operations position will support the sales team, from initial quote to fulfilment including, booking amendments covering both flights and hotels, schedule changes, ticket queues, payment systems, final documentation, including pre and post departure customer enquiries.

Operations & Service Executive Role:

• To ensure a complete and detailed understanding of all holidays sold
• To provide support to sales consultants
• Prepare final travel documentation supported by sales consultant
• Accurate input and maintenance of records into CRM
• To assist with any customer service issues, pre, during or post travel
• Follow up on flights and hotel bookings
• Monitoring of all ticket queues, schedule changes for GDS and low-cost airlines
• To be professional, courteous, articulate and friendly at all times and to go beyond the norm in delivery satisfaction
• Administering all amendments to bookings including elective changes by customers
• Undertake as required upselling activities offering lounges, transfers and additional products for bookings
• Dealing with cost adjustments, invoicing and follow up outstanding balances

Now Let’s Talk About You:

• Previous experience in Operations / Customer Service / Sales Support  /  Travel Administration
• Possess the ability to gather and interpret information from a wide variety of sources is a vital skill for the role
• Possess a GDS
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
• Multi-talented and multi-skilled individual, able to handle different tasks at any one time
• Creative Thinker, Pro Active ownership of customer 

The Package:

• Attractive basic salary, up to £40,000 per annum on offer
• Hybrid work, mixture of home and office
• Working hours, 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday
