Venue Find Specialist

Venue Find Specialist: Currently seeking an experienced Venue Finder to work either office based in London or Hybrid for this well established business travel company within their meeting and events team. Paying up to £28K.

Venue Find Specialist, Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new and existing venues for client accounts and be a trusted advisor to clients
- To provide the highest level of personal venue finding service to key clients
- To ensure maximum revenue generation in all areas whilst always ensuring significant return on investment to the client.
- To undertake face-2 face meeting with clients as and when required
- Contacting suitable venues by telephone or email to check availability for all required facilities
- Negotiate rates, terms and conditions with the venue on the clients behalf to achieve the best rates and commission where applicable.

Venue Find Specialist, Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a venue sourcing or similar position
- Accomplished and confident negotiator, skilful in tough situations with both internal and external groups
- Excellent communication skills, dealing with both clients and suppliers
- Organised and an excellent problem solver.

Additional Information:
- Paying up to £28K
- Hybrid role or office based in London
- Working Mon - Fri
