Cellar Society are a prestigious catering and events company based in North West London, working for luxury brands and private clients throughout London, the UK and across Europe.

We are currently looking for someone to join our growing warehouse, transport and logistics team.

The ideal candidate will have a variety of skills to support and assist the unit & warehouse manager and wider team at our North London unit. You will learn the specific requirements necessary to pack for all events and help ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and stock. The work can be physically demanding and some heavy lifting will be involved, but should not be considered merely a manual job.

You should be pro - active with a healthy work ethic, a good communicator with exacting standards and pride yourself on attention to detail. (This is not in here as a cliché – this is how Cellar Society got to become a leader in its luxury & niche market and this will be expected of you)

It would be helpful to have a good knowledge of London's streets and roads and some experience of transport logistics.

Ideally you will have a clean UK drivers’ licence and valid passport and/or working visa for the UK.

Your role will not be limited solely to the warehouse/unit, as you will on occasion be out on the road and sometimes working on events.

Some building and operations management experience would also be advantageous.

English as a first language is preferred but not absolutely essential, but your spoken and written English would need to be of a high standard. You would also need to be presentable as you will be client facing at times.

Basic salary will vary according to applicant’s experience - £24-£28K

Monthly overtime would be approximately £300 - £400 p/month (this will fluctuate dependent on the time of year) and you will receive monthly subsidies for phone and travel expenses, as well as having cooked breakfast and lunch provided.

Basic working week Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 with evening work regularly and weekend work occasionally. Overtime is paid at your hourly rate for every hour before 9am and after 6pm, with some flexitime applied.

Applicants should send a C. V and brief covering letter by clicking "Apply"
