Travel Consultant - hybrid or remote

Travel Consultant: This well established travel agency are recruiting for an experienced Travel Consultant or someone with strong customer service and European destination knowledge to join their team in South West London/ hybrid or Homebased. Paying £25K.

Travel Consultant, Responsibilities:
- Dealing with holiday enquiries face-to-face, by email and over the phone
- Providing excellent customer service, inspiring referrals and repeat business from clients
- Booking and pricing air tickets via the Amadeus GDS system
- Booking holidays and adding on any ancillaries.
- Adhoc administration duties

Travel Consultant, Skills Required:
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, cabin crew, overseas rep - someone with good customer service and able to deal with customers over the phone.
- Strong customer service skills are a must
- Working experience of a GDS preferably Amadeus but not essential
- Passion for travel
- Excellent communication and written skills

Additional Information:
- Paying £25k
- Office based in South West London/ hybrid or remote based with initial training in the office.
- Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30, Saturdays 09.00 - 16.30 1 in 3.
