Pure Luxury Travel Consultant

Pure Luxury Travel Consultant required for successful Travel company based in either Manchester city centre or London city. Arranging private travel for vip's and high touch clientele for a Travel Management company. Seeking someone who has experience and can deliver a handheld service, with flexibility for the client as well as knowledge around private jet charters, high end luxury accommodation locations and options and the ability to build trust and rapport with your clients. The GDS Galileo is required for this role and you will be rewarded with a Salary of up to £32k plus bonuses and excellent benefits.

Pure Luxury Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of VIP and high touch clients booking their worldwide leisure travel arrangements.
• Build relationship with clients based on trust to provide a personal assistant service for their personal travel arrangements
• Tailormake itineraries for air, hotel, car, tailor made, cruises, meet and greet , theatre, restaurant arrangements in resort
• Manage memberships to airline and hotel programmes
• Matching each clients detailed needs with suitable holiday options.

• Provide high level of service to high-spending clientele optimising excellent communication throughout the client's experience from quotation to return of travel
• Maintain detailed knowledge of products on the company's portfolio
• Maximise revenue making sure everything is thought of for the client's trip

Pure Luxury Travel Consultant Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in luxury travel dealing with VIP clients either for a luxury tour operator of concierge service.
  Luxury Travel reservations experience from either a PA, retail travel, concierge service or tour operator background
• Experience in the GDS Galileo or a similar GDS such as Amadeus or Sabre
• Service driven
• High level of communication and the ability to build rapport
• High attention to detail
