Our Franchise Team continue to go from strength to strength and are now in a position to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Support Executive to join the team based in our Ipswich Head Offices or from home.
 

This brand new role is designed to support and implement sales support tasks within the GoCruise&Travel Franchise. As the successful candidate, you will undertake a variety of sales and service tasks to support the Franchise as a whole and to help our Franchisee members grow their businesses. 

Duties to include:

  • Act as a point of contact for Franchisees with operational needs. This will involve managing and implementing tasks relating to operational needs within the department.
  • Be proactive in offering operational support to Franchisees, in line with the Operations Manual.
  • To support & co-ordinate the Induction Training Programmes for Franchisees, lead training sessions, and be the subject expert on Cruise & Land Products.
  • Conduct/Develop Weekly Training Support and Material for the Franchise.
  • Conduct/Develop ongoing Training Opportunities for Franchisees, and look at ways to help them increase their business activity.
