We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Sales Team Leader to join a highly successful travel company due to remarkable growth.

Luxury Travel Sales Team Leader Duties:
- Monitoring and supervising a team of travel consultants to achieve objectives and increase sales.
- Providing guidance, instruction, training and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
- Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and achieve the department goals, sale targets and KPI’s through motivation and coaching.
- Assign tasks to the team members with the best skills for each job and guide staff members to ensure the work is complete.
- Monitoring of the booking process ensuring that the sales process is adhered to at all times.
- Work with the sales team to ensure all enquiries are responded to appropriately and efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
- Sales team leading experience from a travel agent or tour operator is essential
- Proven sales background
- Experienced in leading a high performing team
- Able to perform against KPI’s and sales targets
- Passion for training & coaching others
