Come and join our team in Warwick our property The Oaks, our first property in Warwick and located just a 10-minute walk from one of the most prestigious universities in the UK, the University of Warwick.

The Oaks is the only purpose-built student accommodation close to the University of Warwick’s main campus. A further 680 beds were added to the property this year due to student demand.

Boasting a fully equipped and free-to-use gym, cinema room, hosting kitchen, and yoga studio, The Oaks is highly rated by residents and is a truly unique place to work.

We are looking for a manager with experience in sales and facilities management, to work closely alongside our existing established property team.

  • Be at the front of developing relationships with suppliers and universities and having a sound understanding of the P&L budgets for your property.

  • Teaching our team members that the physical appearance of properties is of the highest standard and develop/guide the team along your journey of ensuring we fill our properties all year round, with customers who want to stay year after year.

  • Work closely with wider departments in the business to understand and learn Student Roost’s customer segmentation and how we can use it to target sales campaigns.

  • Be expert in your knowledge of the leasing performance of your property; attending the routine calls/meetings well prepared to discuss performance.

Collaborate

  • Working closely with the wider team our Senior Operations Managers will link into other properties and departments across various areas of the business and you will heed the call for help to assist the running of a property or multiple properties in one city.

Within…

1 month You will start to understand the culture and values of Student Roost.  You will know your team members and what makes them tick.  Knowledge of the sales cycle and establishing some great associated tasks.

3 months You will have met and built strong high-quality relationships with our people, customers, clients and colleagues. Collating information and bringing that back to your property to develop and implement plans for sales, debt and summer turn and what works best for you and your team.  Spent time coaching and guiding the team to bring them on your journey for your property to be a success. 

6 months You will be well underway to being settled. Comfortable in the knowledge and to generate ideas to make your property and others a success. Have a steady, fun and engaged team ready for Summer Turns, Sales Drives and Re-bookers with plans in place to make sure your property is sold out.
