We are seeking an experienced Client Care Travel Executive to join a highly successful travel company due to remarkable growth, hybrid working model. This award winning company offers a range of holiday tunes from adventure travel to city breaks.

This exciting position is ideal for a travel professional from a tour operator or travel agent when sales support, administration or customer service experience seeking career progression and something a little different. We would also consider applicants who have had travel industry experience and looking to get back into the industry.

As a client care team member, you will become a vital part of the team that ensures our holidays are executed without a hitch. 

Each day will not be the same, duties includes:

  • Respond via email and phone to queries from clients and agents relating to holidays booked
  • Confirm booking arrangements and checking invoices against travel itineraries
  • Liaising with our partners and suppliers with regards to bookings and travelling clients
  • Managing flight queues and airline schedule changes for the sales consultants
  • Preparing and sending travel documents to clients at time of booking and prior to travel
  • Help in obtaining up to date rates / product details, and loading them into the booking system
  • Keeping in touch with product developments, ensuring you are up to date with commercial knowledge

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience within the travel industry is essential either from a tour operator, travel agent, business travel or airline.
  • Be able to deliver exceptional customer care through genuine relationship management and your desire to exceed clients’ needs
  • Be acutely aware of the need to pay extra attention to the finer details of a booking
