Operations Coordinator – Luxury Travel, Central London (hybrid)  up to £45,000 per annum + excellent benefits (Mon-Fri)   -   Established for nearly 40 years and part of a Global Travel Brand, this niche, luxury focused Tour Operator caters for HNW clientele. The Travel Operations Coordinator role will see you support the luxury sales team and be responsible for all administration and pre/post travel responsibilities, including booking amendments covering flights and hotels, schedule changes, ticket queues, payment systems and final documentation.
 
Travel Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the small Operations department
  • Possess the ability to gather and interpret information from a wide variety of sources is a vital skill for the role
  • Support the luxury sales teams in all aspects of sales pre/post travel
  • Ensuring HNW clients are given a first class service at all times
  • Daily weekly reporting of all carried forward bookings
  • Daily monitoring of all ticket queues, Schedule changes for low-cost airlines & GDS
  • Responsibility of all financial aspects of reservations, balance due, deposits receipts and invoicing
  • Travel is ever changing so you need to thrive on a fast-paced environment whilst changing priorities and deadlines when required
  • Liaising with airlines, hotels & suppliers on all aspects of reservations
  • Amending, flights, hotels, and invoicing client reservations
  • Customer relations and responding to complaints within required time frames
  • Dispatching travel documents
  • General administrative duties
  • Delivering Excellent customer service to HNW clientele

Now Let’s Talk About You:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the travel industry
  • Possess a minimum of 2 CRM’s/GDS’s
  • Worked with Dolphin Reservations Module, preferred but not essential
  • Good comprehension of air fares
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
  • Multi-skilled individual, able to handle different tasks at any one time
  • Creative Thinker, pro Active ownership of customer and responsibilities
  • High level of Literacy, numeracy and communication skills

The Package:

  • Attractive basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • Lucrative benefits
  • Hybrid work, mixture of home and office
  • Working hours, 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday
  • Opportunity to travel on fam trips to some outstanding luxury destinations
