Customer Relations Executive
British Airways Holidays is one of the UK's leading Tour Operators. C&M Recruitment are delighted to be supporting them with recruiting into their Customer Relations team. This team work to investigate and respond to post-travel correspondence, providing a high standard of customer service to recover customer confidence in British Airways Holidays. As part of this friendly and enthusiastic team, you will enjoy a multi-tasking role and be rewarded with a salary of circa £25k, a hybrid working arrangement and a fabulous range of benefits and travel concessions.

Customer Relations Executive - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to assigned customers post-travel correspondence
  • Ensuring complaints are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and refunds issued
  • Working within a team to support telephone calls from customers, agents and suppliers
  • Assisting other departments on Customer Relations issues and compensation queries
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers to investigate customer feedback

Customer Relations Executive - Skills & Experience Required:

This is a busy, hands-on role for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service role, with travel industry experience being beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to negotiate positive outcomes whilst building relationships
  • A passion to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills

Customer Relations Executive - Additional Information:
