Customer Service Executive
This successful travel company specialise in selling luxury holidays to a wealth of worldwide destinations. They are currently recruiting Customer Service Executive to join them to provide an exceptional after sales & pre travel service for travel agents and direct customers.

Customer Service Executive - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently to all incoming calls and queries from agents, customers and suppliers for confirmed bookings
  • Assist with making changes to bookings and actioning cancellations, delivering exceptional service whilst remaining commercially aware
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks including document dispatch, supplier confirmations, flight & accommodation changes and special requests
  • Liaise with product teams to negotiate best outcome with suppliers in accordance with supplier agreements
  • Manage the supply and distribution of brochures and ensure prompt dispatch of customer documentation
  • Support agents and suppliers overseas to ensure the delivery of outstanding destination led service

Customer Service Executive - Skills & Experience Required:

  • Travel industry experience, ideally within customer service or sales
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Experience in resolving customer issues with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Word & Excel

Customer Service Executive - Additional Information:

  • £22k
  • Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in lieu given)
  • Office based, hybrid working available after initial training
