Business travel team leader

Business travel team leader - required to work for this Global TMC either based in their London head office, Hybrid or from home. Previous team leader experience with corporate travel is a must, ideally Amadeus but they are happy to cross train. Salary up to £43,000 plus benefits.

Business travel team leaders duties
-80% hands off managing a team of 9 consultants, 20% hands on making bookings when the team are busy
-To coach, monitor and develop the team to maximise performance levels which meet with company expectations
-To offer hands on support and guidance to the London corporate team , assisting with day to day operational and client specific questions
-To develop relationships with existing clients and ensure service levels on the team meet with clients expectation

Business travel team leaders skills required
-Business travel team leader experience is a must
-Ideally working knowledge of Amadeus but they will cross train
-The ability to motivate and lead by example
-Experience in recruiting staff, 1-2-1s and appraisals

Additional information
- Office based, hybrid or home based
-Covering the hours off 7.30am to 6pm on a rota
-22 days holidays rising to 25 with service, pension etc
