Business Travel Consultant Out of Hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a new Travel Management Company that already has established luxury and online travel brands under their name. They are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to work out of hours 4 days per week from approximately 2pm-midnight with 2 days in the office and 2 days at home although some flexibility is required.

Business Travel Consultant responsibilities:

• Booking all aspects of business travel including flights, accommodation and transfers
• See the booking through from enquiry to ticketing using Galileo GDS
• Maintain SLA's and ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
• Use high levels of customer service to deliver an excellent service to high-end clients
• Keep database and invoicing up to date

Business Travel Consultant skills and requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in Business Travel
• Working knowledge of Galileo GDS
• High levels of customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to use own initiative and multi-task
