Head of Product/Customer Development

Following the successful launch of a new customer proposition within a well trusted established brand, a fantastic role to continue to build and deliver the new product strategy and end to end customer experience. Bringing a fresh approach and new thinking to attract new customer segments, extend the product range and deliver a dramatically enhanced product. A really exciting opportunity within an established brand to help drive forward this new offering, to new and extended customer profiles.

This role needs an experienced Product Manager, who can bring commercially led, customer focused thinking, able to innovate on product development and enhance the overall customer proposition. Huge scope for creative thinking.

Responsible for the complete customer proposition, using a customer first approach to ensure both the product range and customer experience are the best in the market, enabling the business to meet its’ strategic growth ambitions. You will be the expert on our customer, advocating for them internally, and ensuring they have positive experience at all stages of the buying journey, including pre and post travel. Managing the development and implementation of the product offering, ensuring it meets the  customers needs and wants, remains innovative, and supports the wider growth ambitions.

Experience in UK/Europe product and or escorting touring would be highly beneficial.
