FIT Reservations Executive
A fantastic opportunity to join this leading family owned UK inbound travel company. For over 30 years they have been providing a personal service to their clients arranging bespoke travel solutions to the UK and Ireland. They are offering a competitive salary and possible hybrid working once probation has successfully been completed.

FIT Reservations Executive Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for clients.
• Negotiate contract rates.
• Handle amendments and cancellations.
• Liaise with availability desk.
• Chase late payments when necessary.

FIT Reservations Executive Skills and Experience Required

• Experience working with a UK inbound tour operator or travel agency.
• Proficient in using Microsoft packages.
• An understanding of tour operator contract rates and allocation.
• A good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

FIT Reservations Executive Additional Information

• Salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
• Monday to Friday 0930 - 1800.
• Every third Saturday and Sunday for approximately two hours remotely.
• Possibility of hybrid working once probation has successfully been completed.
