Do you have 8+ years' experience within Business Development / Account Manager positions, within the Travel / Technology industries? We have an amazing opportunity for you!!!

We are working closely with an online travel technology company, who are on the lookout for an experience Business Development / Partnerships Manage to help grow their brand!

You will be responsible for the identification, development, and financial management of opportunities within existing and new business partnerships.

The role:

  • Own the end-to-end financial performance and growth of your Enterprise Partnerships, including the onboarding, commercial, operational, and technical aspects
  • Proactively optimize the business by ensuring every opportunity for growth and innovation is take, measured, maximized, and scaled globally
  • Position the company as the preferred attractions partner for all Hotels, Airlines, Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, Retail, Banking, and other verticals as they develop
  • Foster a culture of innovation, new business development and partnership, always searching for ways to deliver benefit to our partners, team members and the industry
  • Ensure you manage time effectively to ensure the efficiency and productivity expectations around regular operating functions, like meetings and reporting are met
  • Represent the company at conferences, events and more broadly within the industry
  • Work inclusively and empathetically, contributing to a high-performance culture

The person:

  • An active listener, skilled negotiator, and ROI driven dam-wall breaker
  • 8+ years' experience within the broader travel or tech travel industry
  • 8+ years' experience in sales, business development or account management roles
  • 5+ years working directly with product teams within technology or e-commerce with a strong understand of engineering and product management functions and agile methodology (or a willingness to embrace it)
  • French or Spanish languages are a bonus but not a necessity - don't worry if you aren't a budding linguist!

The package:

  • A salary of up to £70,000 + sales / company bonus
