JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a Business Growth Manager (Home Workers and Consortiums) to join our team. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will be mainly field based with management of a small number of accounts and focusing on homeworker development. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Nurturing existing B2B relationships with agents to encourage sales growth through regular face-to-face visits and activity.
• Providing data and insightful feedback to the head of retail on a regular basis
• Deliver engaging training sessions on our new portal, products and ticket destinations, ensuring agents are aware of key USPs.
• Act as a point of contact for agents and direct queries to the relevant departments to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
• Attend industry events as an ambassador for Attraction World.
• Develop and deliver partner marketing/incentive campaigns.
• Analyse daily/weekly management information relevant to accounts.

Account Management:
• Develop and manage a small portfolio of accounts, primarily home workers and consortiums
• Ensure all commercial agreements and internal systems are up to date
• Conduct regular performance reviews with accounts
• Provide feedback to accounts on product-specific information and pricing changes
• Seek out new opportunities to drive sales growth
• Monitor any override/discount agreements in terms of ROI
• Participate in key account conferences/meetings as required (UK/Overseas)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Flexible in the approach to work and able to work remotely
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and internal reporting and booking systems
• Commercially astute, numerate and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
