Aviation & Ticketing Executive - Training Provided! Long established and Multi-Award Winning Tour Operator is seeking a candidate with Amadeus/GDS to join their Ticketing & Operations Team in Kent. Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the department manager, the main duties will include but will not be restricted to:

• Managing the Queues in Amadeus and contacting clients via phone or email with regards to their Schedule Changes and Flight Cancellations with the solutions
• Issuing and Exchanging Tickets
• Booking Flights in Amadeus
• Upgrading Clients Flights with Business Class Upgrades and Flight Extras
• Applying for Refunds
• Supporting the Customer Experience Team with enquiries
• Liaising directly with Airlines

Amadeus/GDS experience is essential and full training for the Aviation & Ticketing role will be provided, however, the successful candidate will need to be well organised, have acute attention to detail while being able to work to tight deadlines individually and as part of a team.

• Basic salary £27,000 - £29,000 per annum DOE
