We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Partnerships Executive to join a well-known travel brand based in the heart of London.

As Senior Partnerships Executive, you'll manage the Partnership relationships, focusing on retaining existing Partners and supporting the Account Manager for Events and Partnerships with sponsorship administration.

The role:

  • Ensure Partnerships are successfully managed to maintain exceptional account management standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company products and services, the travel industry and Partners to deepen relationships and identify future Partner opportunities.
  • To work effectively with various departments to ensure professional and consistent delivery of support, information and advice to Partners.
  • To liaise with the events team and other colleagues to share opportunities for Partner engagement with the events programme and other initiatives.
  • Maximise new business opportunities by forming important connections through networking at industry events.
  • Supporting the Account Manager for Events & Partnerships with the administration of sponsorship proposals and ensuring the data is up to date and clean on the CRM.
  • Manage Partner enquiries and administration, including supporting the Partnership Administrator role when necessary.
  • Contribute to how the company measures Partner happiness to ensure we provide a valued and quality service.
  • To promote and adhere to the company values (be there, be trusted, be ambitious).
  • To perform other duties consistent with the role as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in senior stakeholder and client engagement
  • At least three years of experience in a similar partnership/relationship management role
  • Ability to strategically plan and prioritise engagement with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in a collaborative role with multi-stakeholder engagement
  • A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas 6. Experience in working with CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal skills
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is desirable
  • A tactful and considered approach with a professional attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service

The Package:

A salary of £40,000 + plus excellent company benefits.
Hybrid working conditions (office based in SE1) - flexible working hours.
