Our client is an award winning and successful luxury tour operator who offer a wide range of destinations to its discerning clientele across the globe. Due to an increase in demand, this luxury and well known tour operator are now seeking a sales driven Luxury Japan Travel Specialist to join its friendly and dynamic team. This elite travel company offer a wide range of honeymoons, adventure travel, beach holidays, safari trips, self drive packages and family vacations to many continents.

Luxury Japan Travel Specialist Duties:

  • Creating bespoke travel itineraries throughout Japan, booking flights, luxury hotels, trips, excursions, trains and many other travel products.
  • Using your expert Japan knowledge to delight each customer from start to finish
  • Speaking to clients over the phone, recommending hotels and excursions making their trip memorable
  • Making sure an excellent standard of service is maintained throughout the booking process to when they return home.
  • Go the extra mile to offer ideas and personal experiences to inspire clients and ensure they get the most from their holiday.

This elite tour operator prides itself on customer service and rely on its repeat customers and knowledge each consultant provides their clients.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience within sales from a travel agent or tour operator is essential.
  • Must have travelled Japan with good product knowledge.

Please include a travel profile outlining the places visited with all applications. Please note only suitable travel sales candidates will be contacted for this post. Hybrid working model working from home and the London office. First 3 months training at the London office, after 3 months minimum 1 day from home – flexible. Homeworking roles also available.
