This highly successful travel company which a great reputation in the industry offers a range of cruises across the globe for travellers, due to remarkable growth now seeking experienced full time Cruise Consultants to work remotely, or hybrid based in the north.

Cruise Consultants Duties:

  • Arranging a range of cruises using your expert cruise knowledge.
  • Handling calls, emails and web chats from customers who need expert travel advice to help them plan their next cruise.  
  • Booking tailormade cruises, offering advice on cabins, tours and selling travel extras.
  • With the full support of experienced customer service and back-office admin teams, along with extensive industry leading marketing, you’ll have the freedom to dedicate your time to booking the perfect cruise for our valued customers.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within the travel industry selling cruises is essential
  • A flair for communicating with a wide variety of clients
  • The confidence, determination and drive to succeed. You should also love learning – the travel industry is always changing and you’ll need to be able to stay on top of trends and emerging destinations.
