Operations - Quality control agent Required for this established tour operator. The role is homebased, paying £23,000 plus £1200 working for home allowance and bonus. They are looking for previous operations experience with GDS knowledge

Operations - Quality control agents duties
-To check all bookings made by the sales teams to ensure they have been booked correctly
-To invoice correctly completed bookings
-To advise of any errors and follow up
-To plan and organise daily workload to be actioned in priority order

Operations - Quality control agents skills required
-Travel industry experience is a must, working in operations for a retailer, tour operator or airline
-GDS knowledge
-Strong on word and excel
-Able to work under pressure
-Good written and verbal communication

Additional information
-Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off during the week
-20 days holidays plus bank holidays and birthday off
