Head of Pricing

Head of Pricing - Brighton / Hybrid - Travel Industry. An excellent opportunity to join a well-established, global organisation where you will be responsible for the groups pricing and revenue management strategy, ensuring budgeted targets on passenger numbers, revenue and margin are achieved.

Head of Pricing Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 3 that is likely to grow in the near future
• Managing pricing, margin, revenue and volume targets.
• Analyse booking patterns, trading trends, market demand and competitor activity to develop and implement strategies.
• Maintaining pricing structure and adapting rates within the pricing system.
• Work with the sales and analytical teams to do cost benefit analysis of new business and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Initiate supplier promotions to generate business
• Utilise KPI's to support with decision making on pricing.

Head of Pricing Skills Required

• A strong background in revenue management or pricing of a consumer product
• Advanced Excel skills; Tableau would be an advantage but not essential
• Highly analytical and data driven.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelors degree; preferably in the field of business, finance, economics or similar.

Head of Pricing Additional Details

• Salary dependant on experience, to be discussed on application
• Hybrid policy is minimum of 40% of time over a given month (2 days per week) in their Brighton based offices.
