Junior Operations Executive: This small niche Tour Operator have a new role arise within Operations, looking for someone who's a travel graduate and keen. Office based in Farnborough, paying up to £20K.

Junior Operations Executive, Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and emails and action accordingly
• Control room allocation and release dates
• Dispatch all travel documentation to customer in time
• Manage additional services and special requests relating to bookings

Junior Operations Executive, Skills Required:

• A passion for the travel industry, ideally with travel qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Previous operations, administration or customer service experience an advantage

Additional Information:

• Paying £18K - £20K
• Excellent career progressions
• Office based in Farnbrough
• Working Mon - Thur 09.00 - 17.30 and Fri 09.00 - 17.00
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays plus your birthday off and a extra day at Christmas
• Free parking
