Business Travel Consultant - VIP Clients

VIP Business Travel Consultant, Ealing - This is an exciting opportunity to join a privately owned Travel Management Company as a senior Corporate Travel Consultant. I am specifically looking for someone who's experienced in dealing with UHNW corporate travel clients, using Galileo to be based from their Ealing office Monday to Friday.

VIP Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

• Provide a dedicated service to your clients, tailored to their individual needs with a desire to always exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and provide consultative approach
• Working on VIP and UHNWI accounts
• Experienced in securing the best hotel rates for clients utilising Galileo as well as leveraging supplier relationships to gain the best results
• Proactive thinking when providing travel solutions

VIP Business Travel Consultant Skills Required:

• Strong product and supplier knowledge with a clear understanding of how to deliver tailor made solutions using the right suppliers
• Previous experience dealing with VIP's or UHNW clients.
• Proven experience in a core business travel environment
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a pressured environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry and products in the market
• Fully conversant using Galileo
• Confident, vibrant and passionate about providing exemplary service
