We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Administration Executive to join an award winning travel company, working remotely, visiting the London office a few times a month.

This well known travel company offers a range of luxury itineraries across the globe for travellers.

This exciting administration role is ideal for an experienced sales support, operations or administration ticketing professional with experience in the travel industry seeking career progression and something a little different.

Please note only suitable candidates from a tour operator background will be considered for this post with ticketing experience. GDS experience such as Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus is ideal.

Tour Operations Admin Executive Duties:

  • Support the Sales Teams in all aspects of administration pre and post travel.
  • Offering a concierge service – adding travel ancillaries such as airport lounges, car hire, helicopter transfers, luxury extras for hotel room etc.
  • Responsible for day-to-day tour supplier communications and overall customer experience.
  • Arranging all pre-travel logistical details including itineraries, train routes, and excursion bookings.
  • Schedule changes for low-cost airlines & GDS.
  • Ticketing using GDS.
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date and correct.
  • Ensuring clients are always given a first-class service.
