We are seeking an experienced Travel Account Manager to join a highly regarded tour operator that offers worldwide travel and events across the globe.

We are looking for a passionate travel professional to join the Sales and Marketing Team and to help take this exciting part of the business forward whilst providing exceptional customer service. You will have the ability to inspire, motivate and engage with both new and existing partners to take part in incredible adventures around the globe.

You will be responsible for supporting clients to meet set targets, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and identifying new sales opportunities.

Travel Account Manager Duties:

  • Account managing and developing new travel partnerships
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, and build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Help maximise sales and create growth across new and existing travel partnerships through relationship development and tailored event products to meet client objectives.
  • Produce proposals, presentations and webinars for clients.
  • Deliver extensive and effective communication with the Flights and Operations teams in setting and meeting client requirements and meeting key deadlines.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven account management or similar b2b sales experience within the travel industry is essential.
  • Proven experience in building and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office software.
