Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing & Fares executive to join our busy team. You will need to have experience of working in a ticketing role for a tour operator. Proficient in Amadeus & Travelport. Experience of manual ticketing, re-issues & calculations, a working knowledge of published & nett fares and experience of booking Worldwide Travel.
Role includes:
Responsible for issuing and re-issuing airline tickets
Review ticketing deadlines on a daily basis
Liaising with airlines for amendments
Dealing with investigation ADM's & ACM's
Management of Amadeus & Travelport queues
Assisting sales team with queues
Be on call to assist with emergencies
Re-booking of flights to find cheaper fares
