Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager required for a growing travel company who create unique tours and experiences surrounding brands such as wellness, food and drink, sport and more.

Business Development Manager duties:

• Build relationships with talent and influencer management agencies
• Continuously research new opportunities for business development
• Create first contact, establish rapport, and schedule meetings
• Log all communication and keep account records current on HubSpot
• Manage and monitor the larger Business Development team

Business Development Manager skills required:

• At least 4 years in a sales-related role
• Proven track record of success hiring, developing, and retaining a sales team
• Monitoring KPI's
• Experience with Monday.com, Google Drive, and Slack preferred
• Experience working with talent / influencers preferred
• Experience in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment preferred
