We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Account Manager to join a well established travel management company, hybrid working model based in London.

The experienced Account Manager will be responsible for retaining current accounts and driving the profitability of the client’s business, establishing and cultivating strong relationships with the influencers and decision makers of the assigned clients. 

Business Travel Account Manager duties:

  • Build strong relationships at all levels within client organisation and become their trusted partner for travel related matters.
  • Develop account plans through strong understanding of client’s business strategy, goals, priorities and key issues.
  • Analyse broad economic trends on how it affects the client’s travel spend and identify the future needs of the client.
  • Improve profitability where possible through pricing adjustment, technology introduction or any other upselling opportunities.
  • Create reporting packages and ensure delivery to client stakeholders.
  • Participate in implementations

Essential Requirements:

  • Account management experience within business travel is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker who can work independently and with a close-knit team.
  • Experience in analysing and working with data sets highly preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
