Business Travel Consultant Film and TV Production

Business Travel Film & TV Production Consultant - an experienced Production consultant is required to work for this Global Travel Management Company on a prestigious Film & TV account. 2 to 3 days per week in the office in Central London with the other days from home. Offers a competitive salary

Business Travel Film & TV Production Consultants duties
-Working on some very high profile film and TV productions, finding the client the most cost effective travel options available
-To be able to work flexible hours and on-call when needed
-To be able to work on site at client offices and attend production meetings when required
-To assist the production team with managing the budgets and keeping a record of the financial spend per production
-To advise on and arrange business and media visas
-Advising on and arranging carnets
-Booking all flights, accommodation using Sabre
-Arranging online check in, meet and greet, lounge access etc
-Liaising with hotels to ensure payments have been made in advance
-Liaising with the properties to ensure the production team have everything they need for their stay
-Assisting with booking groups, shoots and events
-Carry out all changed, amendments, cancellations and invoicing

Business Travel Film & TV Production Consultant skills required
-Previous business travel experience within Production/Film/TV is essential
-Problem solving with a process improvement approach
-Strong GDS knowledge ideally Sabre
-Happy to carry out a hybrid role 2 to 3 days per week, office based in London
-Lover of Film and Television
