Finance Director

We are looking for a commercially and operationally focused Financial Director to join a travel company operating villas and boutique hotels. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will work closely with the UK-based and overseas finance teams on all financial and operational aspects of the business. The Financial Director will lead on the accurate modelling, forecasting and reporting of all financial information, ensuring all data is thoroughly audited to reflect the future and real-time performance of the business and oversee the finance function for the business, including cash flow, credit control, accounts receivable and accounts payable, international compliance as well as analysing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have a roll your sleeves up attitude and demonstrable flexibility to jump from the operational to strategic matters on a day to day basis.
