We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join a highly successful travel company based near the Chester area. Exciting and varied role ideal for an experienced Travel Consultant seeking career development.

This well established luxury travel company offers an array of bespoke travel itineraries across the globe for VIPs.

Luxury Travel Consultant Duties:

  • Prepare tailormade bespoke travel itineraries for leisure and high end clients.
  • Book bespoke boutique hotels and flights matching client requirements.
  • Keep up to date with the variety of travel options available in the leisure sector.

  • Maintaining relationships with properties.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the variety of travel options available to the client.
  • Book and facilitate all aspects of the client’s travel, such as transfers, airport lounges, VIP services, car hire etc.
  • Using GDS to book flights and issue-reissue tickets.

 Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in the luxury leisure travel industry within sales ideally arranging travelling for VIPs
  • Good IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new software
  • GDS experience such as Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre
  • Knowledge of specialised travel related IT systems e.g. Amadeus
  • First class customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Travel product knowledge
