Outline of Role:
To work within the Service team, the role is to provide a multi-functional administration support service to our reservation teams and our customers. To ensure all requests are handled with speed, accuracy and professionalism.
To be customer focused.
Strong working knowledge of Travel systems, to include – Amadeus, Travelport, Vibe & Dolphin.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills.
Comfortable dealing with queries over the phone and via email.
Excellent travel destination and product knowledge.
To manage the support desks and make changes when requested by our customers through the portal, or via the telephone.
Rebooking on a daily basis.
Review/action the general Amadeus queues along side ticketing
To support the Team Leader with Sales Support queries.
Support the reservation team with queries.
Provide a professional service for all our agents and customers.
To be part of a team always thinking of ways to improve our service to our agents and customers.
