We are seeking an experienced Tours Travel Consultant to join a highly successful travel company working hybrid working model based in the vibrant London office or fully remote.

This award winning travel company offers a range of holiday types across the globe including Asia, China, Japan, India, Europe and the Middle East.

Groups Tours Travel Consultant duties:

  • Liaising with clients and travel agents, putting together travel quotes, following up existing enquiries and providing advice over the phone, email and live chats. 
  • Crafting and offering a wide range of holiday types including tours, adventure travel, luxury itineraries, safari, guided breaks and many more.
  • Providing customer service via live chat and email
  • Chasing up existing enquiries
  • Upselling travel extras to customer to maximise revenue
  • Advising customers on extensions and stopovers

To be considered for this role you must have tour operator or travel agency sales experience and be conversant with GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo.
