Flights consultant - Corporate travel

Flights consultant - Corporate travel Required for this expanding TMC. You will be working in the Events team booking worldwide flights both individual and groups using sabre. Hybrid or homebased, office in London and Manchester, salary between 32/38k plus monthly bonus and benefits. They are looking for group flights experience or a SBTC looking for a change.

Flight consultants - Corporate travels duties
-Overall full project management and coordination of group travel arrangements for up to 1000 passengers and individual flights
-Arranging group travel and logistics for air and rail travel
-Client & delegate liaison, as well as coordination with global teams
-Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective fares for the client while maximizing revenue for the company
-Occasional travel and on-site management when required
-Preparation of proposals, quotations destination feasibility studies and occasional pitching to clients
-Budgeting and project financial management
-Full account reconciliation of projects

Flights consultant - Corporate travel skills required
-Experience in groups flights within a TMC or as a SBTC looking for a change
-Excellent organisational skills
-GDS competent (preferably Sabre), ideally educated to BA/VA 1 and 2 standards.
-Experienced in handling complex travel programmes
-A good team player but also able to work autonomously and take ownership and responsibility for own projects
-Adept at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
-Very good verbal and written communication skills

Additional information
-Ideally Hybrid with 2 days on the office in London or Manchester, they will look at remote if you have all the skills required
