Business Travel Consultant -OOH

Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours required for this expanding & established Global TMC. Seeking an experienced Travel professional from a corporate Travel management company or business travel background with GDS skills in either Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus. This is a homebased role working an OOH 4 on 2 off shift pattern. £28-33k plus shift allowance.

Business Travel Consultants, Duties

• Dealing with a high volume of calls booking complex worldwide travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, rail
• Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets, and problem solving

Business Travel Consultants - Skills Required

• Business Travel experience is essential as you will be dealing with out of hours and sometimes emergency enquiries.
• Strong knowledge of a GDS
• Ticketing and reissuing experience
• Exceptional service

Additional Info - Shifts:

• Shifts are 4 on , 2 off
• consisting of 7 hours from 16.00, split shifts from 06h00-09h30 and 18h00-22h30 and weekend shifts 10 hours variable between 07h00 and 23h00
• Weekends - Total 16 weekend days worked in a year and 8 weekend days off. (6 double weekends (Sat & Sun) plus 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Ability to buy and sell holidays
