This Head of Business Development (UK&I) role requires someone who is a natural and strong, proven people manager. Heading up a team of individuals, you will strive to get the very best out of your team, training and coaching as part of the process. You must have a strong travel industry background, with a proven track record in sales and growing markets. 

With a dynamic, creative approach, you will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and not be afraid to challenge the status quo. Always looking for new business opportunities, you will be a real self-starter and able to travel as part of the role.
