We are seeking an experienced Luxury Senior Villa Specialist to join a highly successful and elite travel company based in London.

This exciting bespoke travel company offers elite villas for the discerning traveller. This exciting villa sales role ideal for an experienced villa sales professional from a luxury tour operator background seeking a rewarding career within a fun and friendly team.

Luxury Senior Villa Specialist:

  • Providing exceptional service and expertise to clients in their quest for premium villa accommodations.
  • You will leverage your deep understanding of luxury properties, curate and present an exquisite selection of villa options to the discerning clientele.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, travel agencies, and corporate partners to understand their villa accommodation preferences and requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify and select top-tier villa properties that align with client preferences.
  • Continuously update and expand the villa portfolio to meet evolving market trends and demands.
  • Offering comprehensive villa-centric travel itineraries, considering transportation, activities, dining, and other personalized experiences.
  • Manage negotiations with villa owners, property managers, and partners to secure favourable rates, terms, and exclusive offerings for clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings to contribute insights and recommendations for continuous service improvement and innovation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within luxury travel with strong knowledge of villas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful villa sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of luxury travel trends, high-end accommodations, and global destinations. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
